The Phoenix District is part of the foremost youth-serving organization in our community: Scouting America. The Phoenix District serves North Avenue, Virginia Highlands, Midtown, Buckhead, Moreland, Boulevard, Little Five Points, Memorial, Downtown Atlanta, Auburn Avenue, Courtland, Sandy Springs, and East Lake. Operating within the Atlanta Area Council, The Phoenix District provides educational programs that build character, teach participatory citizenship and develop personal fitness.
